Sunday’s Pre-Draft Workout Schedule

ATLANTA, June 4 -- University of Georgia star Damien Wilkins and Arizona's super sophomore Andre Iguodola will be joined by junior college swingman Donta Smith, Euroleague big men Viktor Khryapa and Mickael Gelabale in the final scheduled Atlanta Hawks pre-draft session prior to the NBA's Pre-Draft Camp activities next week in Chicago. The three players are expected to be working out on the Philips Arena practice court at 10:00 a.m.
Wilkins, the son of former NBA guard Gerald and the nephew of Hawks legend Dominique, is a 6-7 forward who spent the last two seasons at his uncle's alma mater and averaged 10.2 points and 4.1 rebounds in 54 games. He transferred to Georgia after beginning his collegiate career at North Carolina State, where he amassed 11.6 ppg and 5.8 rpg in 60 contests. A team co-captain for coach Dennis Felton and the Bulldogs in 2003-04, Wilkins scored a career high 26 points in a January 31 win over Arkansas.
Iguodala, a two-year player at Arizona, applied for this year's Draft as an early-entry candidate after spending two seasons with the Wildcats. He nearly doubled his scoring, rebounding and assist totals from his freshman campaign, registering 12.9 points, 8.4 rebounds and 4.9 assists in 30 games for Arizona's 20-10 team. In addition to receiving honorable mention All-American honors, Iguodala was also one of ten players named to the All-Pac 10 team.

Donta Smith played in 66 games at Southeastern Illinois Community College and turned in 21.1 points and 6.3 rebounds after two seasons of competition. The 6-7 forward attended Oldham County High in LaGrange, KY and had previously committed to attend the University of Louisville before declaring for the 2004 Draft. He was named all-tournament as his team finished in seventh place in the national JUCO tourney.
The 6-9 Khryapa is a multi-dimensional post player, and has helped his CSKA Moscow team to the Russian National Championship the last two seasons. After beginning his career in the Russian junior and minor leagues, he has also participated in the 2002 World and the 2003 European championships. Khryapa had averages of 6.1 ppg and 2.6 rpg during the regular season (14 games) and 5.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in two Euroleague Final Four contests.
The 21-year-old Gelabale is a four-year member of France's Cholet Basket squad and in 2003-04 competition, he totaled 14.9 points and 7.9 rebounds.
